Hotel Residence 4 is situated in residential zone of Prague 7, right nearby one of the largest park in Prague - "Stromovka". Thanks to the strategic position of our Residence 4 you can reach historical centre of the city in only 10 minutes by pleasant walk or in two stops by tram.

Hotel Residence 4 is composed of 22 apartments (from single rooms to apartments for 5/6 persons) which are exposed on seven floors. Their size ranges from 45m2 to 80 m2. Total capacity of Residence 4 are 90 beds. Upon your request also additional beds can be provided.

 Each apartment has its own bathroom. In every room is also a direct telephone line at your disposal, satellite TV and in most of the apartments you can enjoy your time on a large private terrace with a nice view into a green courtyard.

In the depandance of Residence 4 you can find a spacious and bright breakfast hall illuminated by the sun during the day. There, every morning, we will offer you the abundant intercontinental breakfast with excellent selection of italian coffee.

Hall can be used for other purposes as well as meetings, seminars or other events.
