CREDIT CARD:

Q: Is a credit card necessary to secure the booking?
Yes it is - not simply for checking availability but for a confirmation of a reservation, a credit card is required.

Q: What credit card details are needed?
For a VISA and MC/EC, we need to know the credit card number, expiry date and the CVC. The CVC is the last 3 digits on the back of the card on the signature strip.   When using an AMEX card, we need the credit card number, expiry date and the billing address of the holder.

Q: Will my credit card be charged?
That varies depending upon the conditions specified by each individual hotel.   At some hotels a credit card is only used as a guarantee and will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is broken - in other hotels it is used for the prepayment deposit and the balance charge.

Q: I don't have a credit card - what shall I do?
That's quite a problem - in exceptional cases there is a posibility of prepayment via a bank transfer. The full pre-payment amount is required in this case and the cancellation policy does not apply.Bank charges as a result of these transactions are to be covered by clients.

Q: Do you accept the swich card?
No, unfortunately we do not accept this card for a booking.
It is however possible to pay with the swich card upon your arrival at the terminal.



PAYMENT CONDITION AND CANCELLATIONS
That varies depending upon the conditions specified by each individual hotel. You will find it at the booking form of the particular hotel.

PRAGUE APARTMENTS

Q: Where do I pay and collect the keys?
You can pick the keys up and pay at our office in Myslikova street 28, Prague 2

Q: What is the Check-in and Check-out times?
The regular check-in time is at 14:00 (2 pm), the regular check-out time is at 11:00 (11 am).

Q: What if I have a late flight?
Luggage can be stored in our office in Myslikova street 28, where it can be collected up later .

Q: What if I have a late arrival?
In this case the best would be to arrange to use our airport transfer (see www.pragueholiday.cz/transfer.html ) .
The driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to your accommodation.
The bill can be settled the next day in our office.

Q: What shall I do with the keys on the day of arrival?
The keys are to be brought back to our office in Odboru 4 once you have checked-out.

Q: Do I have to bring my own towels, linen,  etc?
All towels and beddings are inlcuded in the price. You don't have to bring your own.

Q: Do I have to clean the apartment upon departure?
A cleaning service is included in the price.

CANCELLATION BY PRAGUE HOLIDAY:
If an exceptional event occurs, we could be obliged to assign you a different apartment than the one you reserved. You will be informed of the change and we will do our best to see that you are given accommodation in an apartment of a similar standard..

ARRIVAL
PLEASE NOTE: It is necessary to let us know your approx. time of arrival
The payment should be made and the keys can be picked up from our office in Odboru 4, Prague 2
The check-in time is at 14:00 ( 2 pm ). If you are arriving earlier and an early check-in is not possible, you can keep your luggage with us and pick it up at your check-in time or later.
When you arrive, we will go through and take an inventory of the furnishings, household items and linen together and you will be asked to sign an inventory sheet. You will be asked to leave a security deposit (see payment conditions), present an identification card or your passport.

DEPARTURE:
The check-out time is at 11:00 (11 am).
At the check out, please come to our office where we will go through the departure formalities (condition of the premises, inventory, security deposit and return of the keys).

The departure is carried out after you have completely moved out of the premises.

EXTENSION OF THE STAY
It is possible to extend your stay if the apartment you are occupying is not reserved. If it is reserved, we will offer you alternative accommodation (another apartment or a hotel).

WHAT ABOUT PETS?
Pets are possible upon request - please contact us about this matter.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We accommodate you in a furnished and fully equipped apartment and you are responsible for any deterioration that occurs during the period you have exclusive possession.
The apartment should be handed over to us in the exactly the same condition as you entered it - undamaged and working order.
You are not permitted to put anything on the walls or to move equipment and furniture.
Please abstain from smoking in the apartment.
Do not transfer the rental or sublet the apartment.
Do not practice any commercial or other activity on the premises.
Treat the apartment as a respectable family premise.
If these conditions are not adhered to, we are in a position to end your rental without any prior notification.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We undertake to provide an apartment that is in good condition and working order.
We are not responsible for any cancellation or delay in rental due to reasons over which we have no control: political, religious events, terrorism, natural disasters, fires, accidents, war, strikes, government measures, industrial actions, etc.
We cannot be responsible for any mechanical break down of equipment in the apartment or the co-property, e.g. the elevator, electric doors, heating, TV antenna, etc . . . or for a service outage: electricity, water, gas or cable TV. We are not responsible for your rental choice.

BEHAVIOUR
The person signing the contract is responsible for his/her group .
If a person occupying the premises creates a disturbance, we will be obliged to end the rental agreement before the time period expires.

SECURITY AND VALUABLES
We are not liable for any loss or theft of valuable objects that belong to you.
