Location

Hotel & restaurant Svambersky dum is located in the very heart of the ancient Cesky Krumlov, a uniquely preserved medieval gem of a town protected by the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1992.

The hotel & restaurant, situated just beneath the central square in Soukenická street, is based in one of the most ancient gothic houses of Cesky Krumlov which has been carefully restored to offer our guests a warm welcome after their exploits of our beautiful town. It can be easily recognized by the unique colourful medieval frescoes on the facade.

Rooms and Accomodation

We offer our guests stylish accomodation in spacious double rooms and two charming attic suites.

All of spacious rooms and attic suites have their own bathrooms, some rooms have a view of the Castle. Each room is unique and different.

Extra beds can be added to some double rooms (charges apply). We are particularly proud of our lovely attic suites. Enjoy the luxury of large spaces and admire unique gothic beams in the high ceiling. This is your perfect choice for a special occassion or an extra treat!

An attic suite is also a practical choice, as each suite is large enough to comfortably accomodate up to 4 persons. So you can share the suite with your family or friends.

Room rates include buffet-style breakfast, VAT and local fees. Parking for your car is available at a guarded parking place near the hotel (charges apply).

Restaurant

After your discoveries of Ceský Krumlov, may we invite you to our restaurant. You can choose to sit by the open fire, or in a non-smoking area, or in the wine cellar or in the sunny patio.

Choose from a varied menu which includes selected Czech specialties, dishes of game, poultry and other meats or pasta. If you wish to eat lightly, you may prefer one of our vegetarian dishes or fresh salads.

Your sweet tooth will surely be satisfied with our rich selection of desserts. Our speciality are dishes prepared on open fire in front of our guests. If you feel adventurous, you may help prepare your own dinner!
